Business ownersTemplates

Your public booking page has a design, and you can change it. BookFlow ships with multiple templates built for different vibes — editorial, brutalist, soft, playful, luxury. Pick one, override the accent color, you're done.

Where to pick a template

Go to /dashboard/settings/templates. You'll see the full gallery, filterable by style:

  • Editorial — serif typography, generous whitespace, magazine feel
  • Brutalist — bold colors, geometric, statement
  • Soft — pastel, rounded, friendly
  • Playful — illustrations, animations, energetic
  • Luxury — minimal, gold accents, refined

Available templates

Today the API accepts the following template slugs in tenants.template (see apps/api/src/lib/ai.ts for the site-content mock profiles):

  • atelier (editorial) — default. AI mock profile: slow, handcrafted.
  • salon — sharp, modern.
  • spa — calm, restorative.
  • clinic — clinical, considered.

The dashboard's Templates gallery in apps/marketing shows additional marketing copy for these and 16 other named templates (e.g. Reveale, Forge, Pawsh) but those are display-only labels until the template system ships in the Worker.

What you can change per template

  • Accent color (one click; uses your brand)
  • Hero image (upload your own, or use the stock photo)
  • Tagline (3-4 word headline)
  • About blurb (200-300 words)
  • Address, phone, email (overrides business defaults)
  • Show/hide staff bios
  • Show/hide reviews section
  • Show/hide map

That's it. Templates are opinionated — you can't move sections around. If you need full control, the embed widget on your own site gives you infinite flexibility.

All templates are free
Templates are not a Pro feature. Every BookFlow business has all 20. Pick what fits, change any time.

How to pick

  • Browse the gallery in the Templates tab.
  • Click "Preview" to see it on a sample business.
  • Click "Apply" to use it for yours.
  • Click "Customize" to change the accent, hero image, tagline.
  • Click "View live" to open your public booking page in a new tab.

Custom CSS (Pro+)

On Pro and Enterprise, you can inject custom CSS into your template. Use this to:

  • Add a custom font
  • Change the page background
  • Hide specific elements
  • Add a custom logo position

Go to Settings → Templates → Custom CSS. The CSS is scoped to your booking page only.
