BookFlow is the booking platform that powers 1000s of service businesses — hair salons, nail studios, gyms, dental clinics, dog groomers, music teachers, and more. When a business is on BookFlow, you can book them in under a minute.

This guide is for you — the customer. If you run a business, read the Business Guide instead.

What you can do here

• Book an appointment online, 24/7, in 5 steps
• Pay a deposit to hold the slot (some businesses require this)
• Get a confirmation by email + SMS
• Reschedule or cancel from any device
• Save your info once and reuse it everywhere on BookFlow
• Leave a review after your visit

What you need

• Name and email (or phone number for SMS confirmations)
• Payment method if the business requires a deposit
• That's it. No app to download.

How it works

1. Find the business. They give you a link like https://booking.netwit.ca/book?slug=demo-salon or https://theirsalon.com/book.
2. Pick a service. See the price, duration, and what's included.
3. Pick a staff member (or "anyone available").
4. Pick a time. Only available slots show up.
5. Enter your details and (if needed) pay a deposit. Done. You'll get a 9-character booking code prefixed with BF- (e.g. BF-A4F2X9).

Manage everything from your account

Create a free BookFlow customer account at /signup-customer. Once you do, you can:

• See all your bookings in one place — every business, every appointment.
• Reschedule or cancel in two taps.
• Get 24-hour reminders (opt-in).
• Re-book with the same staff member at the same business in seconds.

What it costs

Free for you. Businesses pay BookFlow a small fee per booking; they decide whether to pass it to you as a deposit.

Privacy

We only share your info with the business you book. They can see your name, email, phone, and booking history with them. They can't see your other BookFlow bookings at other businesses. Read the Privacy and data guide for the full picture.
