Create an account

A BookFlow customer account is free and takes 30 seconds. It saves your info so future bookings are 4 taps, not 5. You can use the same account at every BookFlow business.

Why create one

• Reschedule or cancel in two taps
• Re-book with the same staff member at the same business in seconds
• Get 24-hour reminders (SMS if you want them)
• Save notes (allergies, preferences) that auto-populate at every booking

How to create one

1. Go to https://booking.netwit.ca/signup-customer.
2. Enter your first name, last name, email, and a password.
3. Check the box to accept the terms and privacy policy.
4. Tap "Create account".
5. Click the confirmation link in your email.

Or: sign in with a code

If you booked without an account, your confirmation email has a "Save my info for next time" link. Tap it, set a password, and the booking is now in your account.

Your profile

After signing in, visit /me/profile to set:

• Display name (used in greetings, emails)
• Phone number (for SMS reminders)
• Time zone (auto-detected from your browser)
• Notification preferences: email / SMS / both
• Default notes (e.g. "I prefer no perfume; I have a peanut allergy")

Privacy

Your BookFlow account is independent of every business. When you book with Salon A, they see your name and the booking — but they don't see your bookings at Salon B. Your notes are shared with each business you book (they need to know about your allergy) but never shared with other businesses. Read the Privacy and data guide.

Forgot your password?

On the login page, tap "Forgot password". You'll get an email with a reset link (expires in 1 hour). Click it, set a new password, you're in.
